Jared Herman, Board Chairman

Jared is Board Chairman of Triple Point Liquidity and President of Hedgebay Securities LLC. Hedgebay is an SEC and FINRA broker-dealer specializing in secondary market transactions in order to assist investors and managers with liquidity in the secondary market for private fund interests and other private securities. Jared has more than 25 years’ experience in the alternative asset industry and is one of the pioneers in the secondary market space for hedge funds as a founder of Hedgebay Holdings LLC and www.hedgebay.com in 1999.
